Aimée Ashley has taught third and fourth grade in New Jersey and Illinois. In addition to teaching, Aimée has facilitated staff development workshops focused on guided reading (grades 3-6), balanced literacy, and writing workshop. She has worked on inclusion teams and given primary attention to differentiating instruction to meet the needs of a wide range of learners.

Aimée was featured in a staff development video that explores management and implementation of guided reading in elementary classrooms. Also, she serves on the Language Arts/Literacy committee for the New Jersey Assessment of Skills and Knowledge.
