Diane Schulthes is an educational consultant, staff developer, enrichment
specialist and experienced teacher. She has conducted numerous workshops at
local, state, national and international conferences as well as district
workshops addressing the needs of students in mixed ability classrooms. She
has over twenty five years of classroom experience teaching students and
coordinating programs for high ability learners in New Jersey. Diane
currently teaches an educational leadership graduate course in addressing
the needs of gifted and talented learners. Her certifications include
teaching K-8, supervisor, principal and school administrator.
Diane developed and implemented a professional development model focusing on
best practices. In addition, she designed a project based, authentic
learning model for middle school teams and students. This research based
model addresses all learning styles and incorporates student interests and
community resources.
Her workshops include successful strategies and techniques for engaging all
students in high end learning. Participants leave with effective classroom
ready implementation tools.
