Gail Palumbo is the Director of Instructional Technology for a NJ School District. She is an instructor for a NJ University, and an online facilitator for several universities. She has been in the education field for over 25 years, and has been a computer consultant for longer than that.

Gail started her career as a computer programmer for CPC International, and then became a technical/scientific writer for Richardson Merrill. She was a computer consultant for many corporations such as Procter & Gamble and Carnegie Hall, and finally a computer teacher, eventually becoming Department Chair. She became the Director of Adult Computer Education for districts in New York and New Jersey.

Gail has given workshops for schools districts, the State University of New York, the International Schools, and many other corporate and educational groups. These workshops and courses cover the areas of science, web design, programming, multimedia presentations, and all areas of Kindergarten through Graduate level education. She has written articles for NJAET Magazine, Media & Methods Magazine, and the HyperStudio Forum. She has co-authored technology workbooks for Procter & Gamble on programming languages and office software. She is also a member of several technology advisory committees, and serves as Vice President of the Somerset County Distance Learning Consortium.
