Gravity Goldberg is currently an instructor at Teachers College Columbia University in the department of Curriculum and Teaching as well as a doctoral candidate. She is a literacy specialist where she works with teachers on developing strong balanced literacy classrooms and literacy environments for students from prekindergarten through grade 12. Gravity is co-author of the book “Conferring with Readers” published through Heinemann. She is a former staff developer at the Teachers College Reading and Writing Project where she helped lead the work with special educators. Gravity taught 3rd grade as well as worked as a reading specialist and science specialist k-5 in MA.
