Kara Pranikoff is a Literacy Coach and Curriculum Director in the New York
City public schools, with a special expertise in integrative social studies
curricula and differentiation of reading instruction. She will be presenting
research on student-driven discussions of informational text in the area of
social studies at NCTE in November, 2009.
Kara received her Masters degree at Teachers College.
