Passionate and performance-driven are terms to describe Mark Dietz when he speaks
about
students and learning. A life-long educator by training, his experience is
extensive in working with educators and children K-12. He performed the
following
assignments with great success: Superintendent of Schools, Assistant
Superintendent
of Schools, Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction, Supervising and
performing
the duties of the Director of Special Education, Secondary Principal,
Athletic
Director, Middle Level Teacher, Elementary Level Teacher, and, Adjunct
College
Professor.
His work in educational leadership continues to grow. A long-time member of
the
Pennsylvania Leadership Development Council and now a director, Mark
continues to
train superintendents of schools and administrators at every level. Examples
of his
areas of expertise are: Standards-based Instructional Systems,
Organizational
Vision and Strategic Thinking, School Design, Cultural Leadership, Change
Theory,
Feedback Loops, Professional Learning Communities, and, Instructional
Technology,
