Martin D. Shulman, Ph.D. is Chairman of the Department of Communication Disorders and Deafness at Kean University, Union, NJ, where he also teaches graduate level course work in articulation and phonological disorders. In his many years in the profession, he has been an active member of the New Jersey Speech-Language-Hearing Association, Chairman of the state's licensing board, NJ Legislative Counselor to ASHA and sole proprietor of a private practice in Manalapan, NJ.
