Barbara VanDenBerg is a mathematics consultant, specializing in the Connected Mathematics Program. Before retiring, Barbara worked in the middle school classroom for 28 years as a mathematics teacher. She then became the mathematics supervisor in a NJ school district for grades K-8. After retirement, as a certified CMP Trainer, Barbara does workshops in school districts using the Connected Mathematics Program

Barbara VanDenBerg graduated with a BS in Education from the College of Steubenville, Ohio. She completed her post graduate work in mathematics at Montclair State University.
