Jennifer DiBrienza has worked in the New York City public schools as an elementary classroom teacher and math staff developer in District 2 for 9 years. She has also served as an adjunct instructor at the City College of New York in the “Mathematics In The City” program and as a curriculum writer for TERC on the Investigations in Number, Data and Space mathematics curriculum. She is currently on leave from her work in New York as she completes her PhD in Mathematics Education at Stanford University and continues her work on improving elementary mathematics education with teachers and administrators across the country.
