Molly Felicia, M.Ed., spent many of her fourteen years as a classroom teacher involved with the Everyday Mathematics program. The performance of her students, the strength of the program, and Molly’s enthusiasm, led her to the role of mentor teacher, staff developer, math coach and educational consultant for the EM program. With experience in the First, Second, and Third Editions of Everyday Math, Molly is able to apply her expertise to varied classroom situations. As a Math Coach, she interacts with teachers with the collaborative spirit embodied in the EM philosophy.

Molly offers Professional Development for both new and experienced users of Everyday Math, administrators, and parents, focusing on implementation, games, differentiation, and assessment. She provides practical, engaging, hands-on learning experiences and encourages professional interchange among colleagues. Molly will tailor the day’s agenda to the targeted needs of your district’s Professional Development goals and the teachers in your workshop.
