Sherah Carr has taught at numerous grade levels and served in leadership positions at various schools in Georgia and New Jersey. As well as teaching students, she has been a teacher of teachers leading a school staff development program and presenting over 100 workshops for teachers in the Metro Atlanta area. Sherah has also presented at numerous national conferences.
Sherah is currently a professor in Atlanta teaching courses on curriculum and instruction, technology integration and brain compatible learning. She received her Brain Based Learning Certification from Jensen Learning and has presented many workshops on strategies for helping teachers use what we know about the way the brain learns to help students retain information. Sherah has also taught seminars on multiple intelligences, differentiated instruction and bringing passion back to the teaching profession.
