Rose Cappelli is a primary grade reading specialist in the West Chester School District in West Chester, PA. She is a 1996 Fellow of the Pennsylvania Writing and Literature Project, and currently serves as a course coordinator and teacher consultant for the Project. Rose has presented workshops across Pennsylvania, as well as many state and national conferences.
