Dr. Anthony Coletta, who has been recognized in the Star-Ledger as “The Teacher Up Front” and by the Record as the “Professor of Parenting,” is the author of five books, including, What’s Best For Kids, Preschool Curriculum Library And The Core Standards Curriculum Manual. He appears in videos on “Discipline” and “Stress.” He has been featured in New York Times articles and has been interviewed on Steve Audobato’s TV program “One on One,” Comcast’s “Family Talk,” NJN’s, “New Jersey Tonight”, and on National Public Radio.
Dr. Coletta has been speaking to parent and teacher groups as a local and national presenter for over twenty years. Participants in his sessions often remark that he provides proven, practical strategies, grounded in sound theory.
Dr. Coletta teaches courses in educational foundations, curriculum development, and parenting and conducts orientations for all student teachers, supervisors and cooperating teachers. He is married and is the father of two young adults.
