Dr. Frank Osborne has spent 32 years as professor of Biology and Education at a NJ University. His areas of expertise are Biology, Science, Science Education, Praxis Review, Standards and Accreditation.

Dr. Osborne conducts frequent workshops in Science Education at the K-4, 5-8 and 9-12 levels, as well as similar workshops for Special Education teachers. He has also been a consultant to school districts in the area of Curriculum Development.
