Leslie Richmond is a Nationally Board Certified Teacher who has taught
grades Prek-2 and Reading Recovery in New York City Public Schools. Leslie
has also worked as a Literacy Coach and Staff Developer in various schools
in the city. From 2002-2005, she received training and participated in
coaching groups led by Teachers College Reading and Writing Project. She
continues to conduct workshops and institutes on various topics in Balanced
Literacy and Early Childhood Practices.
