J. Stuart Ablon Ph.D., is Associate
Director of the CPS Institute in the Department of Psychiatry
at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Co-Director of the
Center for Collaborative Problem Solving where he specializes
in the treatment of explosive, inflexible, easily frustrated children
and adolescents and their families. He is also Assistant
Professor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Ablon is co-author with Dr. Ross Greene of the
forthcoming book, Treating Explosive Kids: The
Collaborative Problem-Solving Approach. Drs.
Greene and Ablon are also featured in the new
DVD/video, Parenting the Explosive Child, that
details the Collaborative Problem Solving approach.
The Collaborative Problem Solving Approach, first
described in the acclaimed book, The Explosive Child,
has been featured on Dateline NBC, Good Morning
America, The Early Show, and the Oprah Winfrey Show. |
